There was a time when the only decent Star Wars things being produced were decidedly not on the big screen. Chief among them were cinematics and other game content. Game cinematics presented an opportunity for artists to explore Star Wars concepts and begin to show the sort of battles we all wanted to see. In the Hope cinematic we witness a jedi and sith battle that uses brawl-like techniques more than usual. And warriors without force powers finally kick some butt. A stark difference from the ineffective stormtroopers of films past.
